The Pomeroy Inn & Suites Sports Team Promotion is back and better for 2010!

How to Participate:
1. Starting January 1st 2010, at all participating Pomeroy Inn & Suites locations in Canada in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia can participate in the Pomeroy Inn & Suites Sports Team Promotion.
2. Sports teams participating in the promotion will receive discounted room rates (book online or call participating hotels for promotional rates); complimentary water bottle service; complimentary uniform cleaning; and can enter a draw for quarterly to win sporting equipment and the grand prize of new uniforms.
3. Sports team promotion additional services:
a) Water bottle service: water bottles can be left at the front desk to be filled with ice and water.
b) Uniform cleaning: uniforms will be cleaned at no additional cost; a waiver needs to be filled and completed prior to laundry services being completed.
4. Grand Prize Draw:
All teams staying at any participating Pomeroy Inn & Suites locations are encouraged to enter grand prize draw for new uniforms. Teams will be supplied with one draw form per team to be eligible for Grand Prize of new uniforms not to exceed $2,500.
5. Additional sports team perks:
Sports teams with room blocks larger than 10 rooms will receive:
-a free room for bus driver*
6. General Rules
Promotion commences January 1st, 2010 to December 31st ,2010.
7. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by all decisions of the promotion sponsor (Pomeroy Inn & Suites Advertising Inc.) which are deemed final.
8. By claiming the Grand Prize, winners consent to the use of their team name and or photograph without compensation in any publicity carried out by Pomeroy Inn & Suites Advertising Inc. and its affiliates. By participating in this promotion, winners are deemed to have consented to their personal information to Pomeroy Inn & Suites Inc. for the limited purpose of the prize delivery.
9. Winning team release Pomeroy Inn & Suites Advertising Inc, Pomeroy Inn & Suites individual locations, Pomeroy Group and all other affiliates with respect to their officers, directors, employees, and agents including without limitation, their advertising and promotional agencies form any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with the respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and or use/misuse of any prize and acknowledge that Pomeroy Inn & Suites Advertising Inc, Pomeroy Inn & Suites individual locations, Pomeroy Group and all other affiliates are in any manner responsible for the maintenance, warranty of prizes distributed in promotion.
10. The promotion sponsor, Pomeroy Inn & Suites Advertising Inc. reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the contest at any time, if it determines at any time that the contest cannot be run as originally planned or any other occurrence compromising the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
How to claim grand prize
11. At the conclusion of promotion winner of grand prize draw will be declared and contacted date of draw. Purchasing of uniforms will be facilitated by Pomeroy Inn & Suites Advertising.
